I needed my gall bladder removed, and a nurse practitioner recommended Roberts as he was next door to her at HIMG. He seemed like a know it all and paid more attention to his little nurse than me, his patient. He told me there was only a 10% chance anything could go wrong, well, he must be a quack because he RUPTURED MY BILE DUCT! Then, blamed me because it was so small. I had tubes in my gut all summer and so sick I could not eat. I found out he messed up my cousin’s wife also later, and found out at another Drs office, two ladies were talking about how he did weight loss surgery on them and they were both going to sue him for messing up their procedure. Do not trust him or anyone you care about, please!

When he performed my surgery he had no bedside manner, very brash and came off as being in too much of a hurry to answer questions. Got very indignant when I told him at a follow up visit that I was disappointed the surgery did not turn out the way I was expecting. Vowed then to never go back.

Dr Robarts took me as an emergency patient and met with me within 2 hours of being notified that I needed surgery. He was very helpful and patient with me and did an excellent job with my surgery and follow-up. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
