I was going to Dr Nadella for 4 years but she never seemed to remember me at all, I once ran into her at a drug store but she didn't even seemed to find my face familiar. I think it's important for a patient to be remembered to an extent, how can a Doctor follow up on a case if every time she sees the patient is her first time?

Dr. Nadella refused to renew contraceptive prescription unless bone density and mammogram tests were completed; then referred me to out-of-network providers for the tests, then failed to identify herself as a PPO provider on the insurance billing, and failed to write the referrals as 'preventative' so (although both procedures are covered by 'healthy woman' covereage) insurance will not cover. This is not the first time she has done this - as a patient 20 years ago, she insisted on unecessary procedures and changed OP/GYN over it - ironically, Nadella bought the practice of the other physician upon her retirement.
