Dr. Levinson is so patient and kind, tells you what you need to hear. I would highly recommend him.

I can't believe that any of Dr. Levinson's patients would give him a negative review. They must be vindictive people. Dr. Levinson found my cancer in time for a full cure despite normal test results! He also found a heart problem that even some cardiologists missed. He suspected another problem and referred me to a specialist who discovered a rare growth. Dr. Levinson has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely funny too. His staff and colleagues are terrific and kind. Dr. Steve left his practice in Port Hope a year or two ago to do other medical things, but I wanted to speak up. Dr. Levinson is the greatest!

I too have been Dr. Levinson's patient for many years and I have always been so happy with his service. He is totally professional, very understanding, and patient. He also has a great sense of humour (never inappropriate of course), and is empathetic to my needs. He always takes the time to listen to what I have to say, which I cannot say many other doctors have done in the past as they made me feel so rushed. He isn’t in Port Hope as much as before, and I understand that he sees some patients now in Toronto. I wish there were more doctors like him; he really helps me to make good choices for my health!

I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson’s for many years. He is the most skilled, thorough and empathic doctor I have ever known. He has such an enormous body of expertise and has diagnosed issues that other doctors could not. He is patient and supportive, and he truly cares about his patients’ well-being. He goes above and beyond what is necessary to ensure that his patients’ medical needs are taken care of. I can't believe why anyone would post a negative review about Dr. Levinson. Whoever would do that must have a bone to pick or be really vindictive. Dr. Steve Levinson is top notch!
I feel so grateful to be in the care of Dr. Levinson.

Dr. Levinson is the most wonderful doctor I have ever been to. He is caring, incredibly knowledgeable and so patient. He always takes the time to explain and to answer all my questions and to allay any fears I may have about treatments, long-term prognosis or just general medical conditions I have.
If you call his office to speak to him or ask a question he is always prompt in talking to you and dealing with your question, despite the fact you are not in the office but on the phone. Many doctors I have had do not answer their phone calls and insist that if you have a question you must make an appointment in person.
He has a wealth of information about medicine at his fingertips and above all earns the absolute trust of his patients because his advice and treatment works! When talking in his waiting room with other patients I always find they too all love Dr. Levinson and have been with him for years and years.
I am so fortunate to have him helping me and my family.

My experience facing some potentially serious medical issues is that Dr. Levinson is a thorough and caring doctor. Recently my own doctor told me my test results meant I had cancer. Frightened I turned lo Dr. Levinson for help in understanding what I might be facing. Within a few days Dr. Levinson reviewed my test results and referred me to a specialist. The result is my condition is pre-cancer. Most important Dr. Levinson responded quickly, provided information I needed to understand my medical situation and connected me to a specialist who further put things into perspective. It’s not great to hear scary news from a doctor but I felt enormous comfort that Dr. Levinson had my bet interests at heart.

Staff are very rude. Zero patience and easily frustrated. It was a good decision for him to retire as his time had come. Preferred to refer to other doctors instead of treat issues himself.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson's for several years. On a personal level, "Dr. Steve" is a kind, and empathetic man who cares about the health and well-being of his patients. He is also tremendously funny, and his bedside manner makes me feel comfortable and completely at ease. Medically, his knowledge is tremendous and he has always worked tirelessly on my behalf to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. That's what I like most about him: He is a true patient advocate, helping me take control of my health in a way that no other doctor has ever done, always working to get to the bottom of issues so that I feel better. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Levinson!!

More like Doctor Lazy Son! He never really has any answers and seems to get mad when asked questions. Not a fan.
