Dr. Levinson is always upbeat and very knowledgeable. He will not hesitate to refer a patient to a specialist because he wants what's best for his patients. My wife and I feel very lucky to have him for our doctor. It is also always a pleasure to see his brilliant photos in his office. He is a remarkable man.

Dr. Levinson is the BEST doctor we have ever had. He is dedicated, compassionate, personable, and REAL. He truly cares, and consistently goes beyond the call of duty to help. He truly listens to you, and doesn't rush you in and out of his office. If you ask a question that he cannot answer, he researches until he finds it. He is well-connected with many other great doctors and will recommend a specialist, if you don't know one. And the best part - he has a wicked sense of humour!! Never had a visit, no matter how dire, where I didn't leave without at least one chuckle! Dr. Levinson was our knight in shining armour through a very difficult time with our son. He refused to give up, even when other doctors had, and helped us get him the diagnosis and treatment that eluded so many others. To our family, he is not just our doctor - he is our friend.

I thank a good friend & fate for bringing me to Steve way back when I first arrived in TO in the mid-70's. He is without question the best Dr. one could find; thorough,knowledgable, connected to the best specialists in the city and a wonderful,caring man to boot! My husband & I recently retired to NB and I can only say what I would give to have Steve Levinson cloned here. When Steve left Toronto to Port Hope, we followed him there....great doctors are hard to find! If you're lucky enough to be his patient....be very thankful! You're with the best of the best. ps...the 4 for being on time (though frustrating when waiting)is because he cares enough to spend the time required with the patient he's with....if you have to wait, just know that he'll spend more than 10 minutes with you too! With Steve, you're a somebody!

I don't like this docot.r I find him impatient and well kind of angry. He always seems in ahurry and has cancelled appointments. I also don't like that his answered his cell phone during my visit once. I have a new Docotr now for a year..and I like him much better. He's patient and is willing to answer my questions about information or tests. He says no question is too stupid. I know a good doctor when I have one.

I had to leave the province so he is no longer my doctor but Dr Lev is the best!! He doesn't mess about and knows usually bang on what the problem is. If he doesn't or wants to be sure he gives u all the tests. He knows all the specialists that are the best at what they do. He even will pull favours from retired specialists if he thinks they are the ones u definitely need. Dr Levinson also doesn't rush. I can't say enough about Dr Lev.

Dr.Steven Levinson was my GP from 1998-2006 in Toronto, Ontario.He suddenly dumped me as a patient and said he had to go to Port Hope. I was left with many problems and eventually found another GP.

I have has this doctor since 1983, and i am STILL alive to write this tribute to this god of medicine. He is thorough - which includes things we men might hate at times BUT NEED TO BE DONE, relaxed and easy to talk to, understand my sense of humour, and speaks to me like i am a "person", without using medical jargon over my head. He is kind, extremely knowlegeable, and looks into a situation thoroughly, and will refer you to the best if need be for a condition/case. Only negative is that stome times it is difficult getting through on the phone to make an appt. Otherwise TOP NOTCH - TREASURE - KERMIT THE FROG OF MEDICINE.
