My husband and I are professionals who strongly believe in honoring our medical team. I've had success with this practice and have been a long-term patient due to several frozen embryos stored at Advanced Reproductive Medicine in Edison, NJ. With that said, the actual experience with Dr. Raul Sadchev and his practice was the antithesis of promoting patient success. Success was solely experienced despite the viscous office dysfunction due to costly 2nd opinions and outside medical support. It's the same concept of an individual using self-control and calm inner strength to be a high achiever/overcomer in the midst of circumstances meant to make you fail. To begin, they froze several of my embryos in sets of two, completely without my knowledge and completely without my consent. To make matters worse, they did not inform me for years after they did that. I discovered the embryos were frozen in several sets of 2 only when we were ready to use the embryos years later. This means - the possibility of twins, unthawing and forced destruction of an embryo, etcetera...Not many women have intentions of going through the IVF process to have grade A embryos destroyed simply because of a faulty, over-reach of the medical facility. Freezing several embryos together is one thing but not seeking the consent nor advising the patient that it would be done is neglectful and harmful. Additionally, the practice was observed to become more toxic over time. The office manager, Rupeka, is also Dr. Raul Sadvche's wife of many years. Most patients will not know that, so if there is a complaint about Dr Sadvchev and if you believe his wife will handle it without a conflict of interest - that's not realistic. Rupeka, Dr. Sadhcev's wife and the practice's office manager, also observed to have traits of a doctor wannabe (like giving medical advice and the such). Rupeka is ferocious and controls the practice's finances. This is not a neutral practice - it is meant to be about their "family" for sure, but the business of running the facility has very odd patient-care practices. Even previous staff - who now left the practice - made mention of this phenomenon. Although too much to pen, other line items to note would be that their nurse, Shamara Clarke, doesn't speak or write English well. Much of her medical advice, even what was provided in writing, was erroneous and had to be corrected by Dr. Sadchev himself. We found her to be immature, dangerously unknowledgeable, unprepared, and unworthy of access to vulnerable women seeking fertility treatment. Do know, engaging in this practice's fertility specialists, there may not be many (built-in practice level) oversight opportunities needed for this specialty that other medical specialties enjoy. This practice didn't even provide a road-map or patient-copy treatment plan - but your insurance company will certainly get a copy for service payment. As a result, Dr. Sadchev wrote his "plan" on an actual yellow sticky, handed it to me and thought that level of degradation was normal. As another form of neglect, he even forgot a major test on the yellow sticky and advised me to get a certain "test" suddenly before our expected procedure. This pushed back our procedure date by several months - all because he forgot to write that test on his "plan" given to me on a yellow sticky note. In other words, this man not only didn't see a need to create an actual plan for the patient's copy that has a series of instructions and a series of several tests - he forgot to add a test and advised for me to get it 7 months late - thus delaying our procedure by months Please understand, you will find good reviews for this practice, it doesn't mean you qualify for that same treatment. People who have horrible experiences may be too traumatized to go public. What this tells me is that Dr. Raul Sadchev will present like Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde, depending on certain unknown criteria. Picking and choosing which patients to value and which patients to devalue is an absolute reality at this practice. Dr. Sadchev also same-day canceled for an IVF procedure and the notification for such a cancellation was so close to the appointment - we were actually driving to the practice. The mentioned IVF appointment then was rescheduled the same-day several hours later to the early evening from early morning. Then that particular doctor was 1.5 hours late to the rescheduled appointment, all the while my embryo was already thawed for a very long time. If a patient tried that - just imagine - however there is this overt sense of entitlement and actions of grandeur at this facility that says their poor practices are above reproach. No apology was had nor expected because "you get what you get and you don't get upset" is the motto this practice swears by secretly . After all - they had the survival of the embryo in their hands and they know that and have used that power to behave very, very dark.

We were not able to get pregnant for 12 years and had f 2 failed ivf prior to taking fertility treatment with Dr. Rahul Sachdev. I had lost all hopes because of failed ivfs and age 40.On our first visit we felt so good, the way Dr. Sachdev explained step by step procedure, he answered all our questions,he was so much patient with us, sugested ivf again. We immidiately started the process from the next cycle and followed each step as told by the doctor and his team. He first fixed my underline condition diabities which was the main reason for the success At 40 they were just able to retrieve only one follicle and only one egg which got matured passed day 5 and was frozen for one month. On the day of ET everything went good. I didn't do home test after 14 days and went for direct blood work.It was one of the happiest day of my life when we got call from the doctor's office confirming my pregnancy and blood works followed after that. I still Remember the day when they first checked heartbeat everyone crying including staffs because of happiness and this cute miracle. Our baby girl Susan was born on Mothers day May 8 2022. She is very healthy and active. Thank you so much dr Sachdev and team for this beautiful miracle!!You made our dream come true! I would highly recommend this clinic.
