There is one good receptionist but the other one can have a bit of an attitude. The timing isn't very good, the nurse will call you in (which she is not friendly at all!) and quickly take your vitals and then you'll be waiting an hour to see the doctor. But once he comes in he gets right down to business and tells you what you need to know. He does take some getting use to, if your a new patient he will have a bad bedside manner for a while. He is very blunt but he mostly knows what hes talking about. I will say hes the only doctor in Brattleboro that has worked with me the best. This place might not be the best but its a heck of a lot better than internal medicines !!!!

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The receptionists were very friendly and the wait time was minimal. His experience and high level of competence, as well as genuinely caring attitude and professional demeanor were very much appreciated.

Poor rating purely judged on their extremely rude and unfriendly receptionist. She acts irritated just by a call to make an appointment. I am changing doctors purely because of the office's poor people skills and terrible customer service. Going to the doctor's can be uncomfortable enough, why would I allow it to be even worse.

His receptionist is very rude. She is the worst part of my visits. The doctor himself is very friendly and helpful. He can be a little liberal with the prescription pad. His nurse is also very nice.

This man needs to have the state close his practice. He gives the samples that he gets from drug companies to his addict son and his friends. I think that is grounds for a license revoking and investigation. I know this as I used to date the son and have seen it for myself but I am afraid to go to the police. Maybe someone else isn't but it isn't going to be me.
