Did not give so much explanation. Staff was good but all of them were unhappy. There was a kind of stress on all of the personal.

Dr. Gross delivered my last baby via cesarean section (which was my third) seven years ago. Even though the scars from the first to cesareans also didn't look too bad, he managed to actually improve on the visible outcome such that doctors who check my belly have a hard time believing I had multiple cesareans (scar area is minimal, well placed, not perceivably elevated, and smooth). I perceived him as matter-of-fact, dry humored, which I actually found rather pleasant.
Staff were of varying levels of friendliness, but always got things done right.

He’s good at his work, with a cold and distant attitude. No compassion for his patient.

Dr gross delivered our daughter. He was great, kept me on track. Bedside manner was great. He always checked on me never left me waiting. I would definitely have him deliver for me again. The whole staff was great to me.

He delivered my baby 9 years ago. I cannot overstate how awful he was. I would rather deliver alone at home than go through that again. I didn't even go back to his practice for my 6 week checkup, even though I was actually his partner's patient and I liked her well enough. He was abusive and negligent, and I regret that I have to give him even one star.

I thought it was me WHO was strange. I agree with all the below comments. It took me hrs to get out although it was a Routine check up. Had to wait for him not doing anything just talking to staff

very strange bedside manner. Very cold and uncaring. Had to wait 45 in the waiting room and another 1/2 hour in the examing room for a 5 minute exam. Never again.

Very good doctor. Listened to my concerns and was very helpful in general. Would highly recommend him.

I liked Dr. Gross because he was thorough. I'm older and GYN only.

Dont go to him. I swear him and his nurse were so suspicious, uncaring and overall cold and strange in their approach. Don't go.
