Staff is either sickly sweet or downright rude. Whoever said, 'Upsell City' hit the nail on the head. They don't tell you about charges that you are incurring ahead of time which are not covered by insurance.

Dr. Wood is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He has been providing excellent service to our family for many years.

My daughter had an eye infection and Dr. Wood's staff was great about working her in to their schedule the same day I called. The care she received from Dr. Wood was excellent and my daughter's infection went away after using the medication he prescribed. I was very pleased with this office and would highly recommend Dr. Wood.

My family and I were very impressed with Dr. Wood and his great staff this past week. We had been looking for a good eye doctor and Dr. Wood had been recommended by one of my co-workers. Dr. Wood was very knowledgeable, professional and patiently explained possible treatment options for some problems my son was having with his eyes. Both my wife and I have mild medical conditions and were very pleased with the comprehensive care we received with regard to these conditions. I would highly recommend Dr. Wood's office to anyone seeking knowledgeable and personal eye care.

Dr. Wood had been caring for my eyes for many years. Besides routine eye care, he has effectively diagnosed and treated me for a variety of conditions, including a detached retina. Even though I no longer live in Manassas, I make the long drive so I can continue to see Dr. Wood, because I have great confidence in both the doctor and his staff.

My husband and I recently moved to this area from Pittsburgh and had been looking for a good eye doctor. Our neighbors had been seeing Dr Wood for several years and recommended him to us. Both of us wear contact lenses and we were both very impressed with Dr. Wood's knowledge and friendly manner. The office staff was great and they reminded us of our great eye doctor back in Pittsburgh. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to figure out our vision insurance. The optician was great about explaining my vision plan and I'm very happy with my new glasses. My husband needed to return the next week for a medical dilation and was again very impressed with Dr. Wood's explanation and overall professionalism. And we are so happy that we have found a good eye doctor here in Manassas!!!

Doctor took time with me to explain my exam and what options would work best for me. I was fit with bifocal contacts and LOVE THEM! The staff was friendly and patient with me while teaching me how to wear contacts. Will definitely recommend Dr. Wood to my friends.

Have been going to this doctor for years-was still having problems seeing and changed to get a second opinion. Found out that I had astigmatism in BOTH eyes that was not being treated. New glasses and contacts and I can finally see well. HAVE MAJOR CONCERNS!

Went to get an eye exam to upgrade my prescription and it was upsell city. All of their staff should make it clear what is covered under the copay and what will be extra. They are very pushy salespeople, from the assistants to the frame saleslady. I was not impressed by their professionalism and they need to work on low pressure sales if they want to cross-sell.
