Although there have been some problems in her past, the staff here has been completely reworked to be much more efficient and helpful. The service is very good now, and although the wait can at times be a bit longer than I would hope, I knew how long it would be when I got there and they told me, so I'm not really upset. Her diagnoses are very accurate, and if she's unsure she always refers me, or my family, to a specialist. These rude reviews are either from the past, when there were a few management issues, or are faked by disgruntled ex-employees. Dr. Force-Obrowski is a very good doctor, and I recommend her to all my friends.

I went to this doctor about ten years ago, scarred me for life. She had an incompetent dr working with her who told me I had cancer on the phone based on some test results. I went in to meet with Dr. Force-Obrowski. Her husband was there as some sort of nurse/receptionist and demanded that I make the co-pay very rudely. I told him that since I was told to come in and that I had just found out I had cancer, I absolutely would not. He started yelling at me and I was crying, until the doctor (his wife) took over and sent him away. Long story short, went to oncologist, had many tests, absolutely no cancer. Most frightening experience of my life though, and I hold this doctor and her staff responsible for my fear of doctors and lack of trust in them that continues to this day. I realize my experience was quite a while ago and things may have improved, but looking at the ratings I doubt it.

I am so disappointed with the lack of communication and caring from this office. You would think that if a Dr. only comes in 3 days a month, that they would explain that to their patients. You get diagnosed with a condition and are told to follow up with your doctor in 10 days and then you have to wait 21 days to see her? Where is the compassion? Where is the service? You have lose a patient and I will do everything I can to make sure that people I know do not have to go through what I did. Shame on you Dr. Force-Obrowksi! (Oh and this is not her ex-husband, this is a former patient).

All the negative comments were from her ex-husband trying to hurt her. As if he didn't do enough damage to her and her children. This man is a total psycho.

OMG! The worse service I evr had! Customer service SUCKS!! I thought the reviews posted on this board were just posted by a few that's lown out of proportion but I WAS WRONG....IT IS TRUE....THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN'T EVER IMMAGINE!! I calledto make my annual appointment & I never got a chance....NEVER GOT THE CHANCE to tell them the purpose of my call because they put me ON HOLD for 45-1HR! I should've hang-up but I was too pissed 0ff to give up....already wasted my hour so what else can I do but wait some more...& some more... & some more minutes to a total 110 mins.....10 mins shy of 2 hrs! Unbelievable!!! Guess what I told the person on the other line.....??? one can only immagine! So...instead of booking an appointment to see my doc(?)...I requested for a release form for all our entire family's medical records to be forwarded to our NEW PROVIDER cause I had ENOUGH of this office......why give them a time of my day & my God damn hard-earned money/medical insurance??

It is impossible to call this office.The phones are either busy, you are put on hold, or they are off the hook so you get a recording. Terrible office staff, and the receptionists change every few months and these gals are just rude and uneducated. As for the doctors. Good luck with that! One is too young, so if ya see her, it better be just for a cold and nothing more serious. Dr.FObrowski is in a hurry because she is always two hours behind, and not nice/pleasant. While you sit in the germy place, do not use their bathroom, and whatever you do, never make your appointment on the phone or you are out of luck! They will make a mistake. You will wonder why you came in the first place because the nurses are fresh out of school and I could do a better job, and then after finally getting called into the little exam room, you start to feel better and decide you should have never left work or got out of bed to come down and sit for four hours. You can cure yourself cheaper!

I have been a patient of Dr. Force-Obrowski for eight years and I find her to be a caring and very knowledgeable doctor. She takes all the time YOU need and answers all your questions. She is thorough and does not hesitate referring you to another doctor if she feels something is out of her expertise. I have been treated by Dr. Leoni and Dr. Shelton as well. They too are excellent doctors. The only complaint I have ever had was the wait time in office to be seen. At one point in time it could be hours. However, that has changed dramatically in the last few months. All in all , I would wholeheartedly recommend any one of these doctors to my friends and family!!

I went to see this Dr becasue I was wanting to try a different Dr. why I dont know because I love Dr.Lee. When I informed her that my husband and I were having trouble conceiving and I asked her to take a pregancy test because I was feeling a little off she ignored my request and told me what to help us try and concieve not even to days later I was in the hopsital losing a baby due to ectopic preganacy. I almost died that night because my flopian tube bursted. Had she done what I had asked to her to do none of that would have happened. She is very careless, she does not care about her patients. Becasue she could not take the time to order up some blood or for me to go to the bathroom on a stick I almost lost my life. I would not recommend her to anyone. She should get her license removed.

I made a quick phone call to ask a question. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. I have friends who have been going to Dr. Force-Obrowski for years and think highly of her and her team.
