I’ve taken off work multiple times for appointments only to have them tell me when I arrive that they’ve had to reschedule my appointments. Receptionists are trash. Rude and unhelpful.

Dr is awesome but his front office staff is rude. I've had it with bad attitude. They said I don't have a choice ...I do.

I called as a prospective patient, and the woman answering asked what kind of insurance I had, I have 2 different kinds, she said they are not taking new medicare patients, but it is amazing that doctors do not accept you based on insurance. I have great insurances but refuse to go to a doctor that is biased based on insurance!

Dr. Millmann is a wonderful doctor himself. As for his staff, there have been several times I've wanted to gather my things and leave. A normal doctors visit takes anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours. I'm constantly having to plan ahead of time in order to make up for the staffs lack of punctuality. The nurses are overly nice. It seems there is also a lack of communication within the office, seeing as though I have gone several times without having a call returned. Dr. Millman is a respectable and all around good person, but I feel as though he may rely on his staff in the front a little too much.

Staff calls and moves my appt up 50 mins, then I get there and sit and wait 35 mins past my appt time...? I finally just told them I had to leave because I had to be somewhere else. Last time I went he had to get test results faxed to him immediately because he hadn't reviewed my file beforehand to realize the results, which were the reason for my appt, were not in there. Time for a new doc.

The lady that commented on his office manager must have owed money for a long time. I only see his office manager or her assistant if I have to work out payment arrangements and they are both very nice and helpful. His whole staff is wonderful. The Dr. tends to over power you with that hormone pellet stuff otherwise........A1
