ABSOUTELY refuses to keep appointments!! Even if you are #1 patient of the day, you will have to wait at least 30 minutes.

Staff is not very friendly nor are they customer service oriented. Their appearance is poor and are not helpful. I would not take my pet there for treatment.

Dr. Sheffield has been my doc for about 4 years. While no doc is exactly punctual i think she at least tries. I have never waited more than 1 hr to be seen and I trust her fully.

Staff isn't the nicest, she is always late. A pain in the ass to get anything done there.
