Dr Johnson is one of the few doctors I have who really cares about my health. He really takes the time to listen and help me. I have had many years of trouble with anxiety and neurological problems. He never makes me feel rushed through appointments, he takes his time, and has been right on with every diagnosis to date. It is very comforting to have a doctor who cares enough to help you get your life back. I will never see another neurologist again, if I don't have to.

I've been an ms patient of Dr. Johnson's for 25 years and found him to be completely up to date on my disease, easy to talk with, concerned, intelligent, and supportive. I wouldn't trade him for anyone. He's responsive to messages, has an experienced assistant and convenient locations. He diagnosed me and has given me great care ever since.

Dr. Johnson and his head admin are the best. Not only do they do their best to schedule around your needs, but he will get to the root of the issue you see him for. I have chronic migraines from work and stress. Other doctors have told me to relax and take medication that could hurt my stomach or other organs. Dr. Johnson gives a real-time, understandable explanation of what most likely is happening to you, as well as the choices of treatment. From there, you both decide what measures to take...and he doesn't demand a recheck after a week. I feel so bad that I only go there for migraines, where I see other patients who are in much worse shape than I am. I can only imagine the good he provides others. This man is a Saint!

He's the first neurologist I've ever met who actually acted like he cared about the well being of his patients. He managed to get my seizures under control, after years of having to stay home. I finished high school with my brother and sister and I am now able to do almost everything they can. He's a saint.

I had a problem that 3 other neurologist could not diagnose and after reading my chart and going over the notes before talking to me, he examined me and diagnosed me and prescribed the medication to stop the pain and spasms. Later I moved to another county and had a Tacoma neurologist look at me and tell me I had a chiropractic problem and to see a chiropractor and walk which was fairly impossible to do as it consisted of dragging my foot behind me. The chiropractor said I had no chiropractic problem and needed a neurologist, Dr. Z in Tacoma told me to go back to the chiropractors and continue walking. Stuck at this point I went out of area to see Dr. Johnson. After examining me, he agreed with the chiropractors that it was a nuero condition, then he wrote down and faxed tests I needed to have done to rule out other dx's to my fam doc. Dr. Johnson told me if these weren't scheduled within a week to call him and he'd see it happen. Dr Johson's Harvard educated and even more cares.
