I've been a patient for over six years and found her to be a very knowledgeable physician. When I had a problem that she couldn't figure out, she took the time to research it and then talked to me about what she learned. Unlike many doctors, Dr. Zelner takes the time to listen and talk to her patients. She certainly cares about people.

I was happy with Dr. Zelner when I first began seeing her because she is very friendly and willing to answer questions. However, when I began to have fertility problems, she often brushed off my concerns and when she eventually did some testing, ended up missing a very obvious diagnosis. I was later diagnosed and treated by a specialist that diagnosed me within minutes of meeting him with the exact same test results Dr. Zelner had used. I feel she did not take my concerns seriously and was quick to brush me off. She is a good doctor if you are looking for basic gynelogical care, but I would not trust her with any problems that may arise.

I saw Dr. Zelner for the first time this year to get my annual. She was very pleasant and the pap smear was easy. Some doctors are rough, but I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Zelner seems down to earth and I get the impression she wants to help her patients with any issues they are having by offering simple solutions as opposed to doctors who don't take the time to listen to your problems and/or offer drastic solutions such as surgery, etc. This is why I feel I can trust Dr. Zelner more than other doctors I have been to. Also, Dr. Zelner's staff were extremely friendly and professional. They called me every time I left a message and answered all of my questions. On the flip side, Dr. Zelner has a reputation of being extremely late. I experienced this first-hand, so I highly recommend requesting the first appointment of the day, but still expect for her to be late.

Always remembers details/listens wholeheartedly. I've never trusted a doctor as much as I have her. I drive from Miami she is that good!!!!!!!!!!!
