So disappointed. Dr Zelner was great, not punctual, 2 of her staff are great and the rest a waste is space. Some rude & will pressure you to buy their supplements. Her nurse, if she’s still there Michelle is wonderful and another admin/mgr not sure was lovely (older not in front). No after office calls unless that’s finally changed. She is very knowledgable but when my PCP saw my test results and asked me questions on what was prescribed he almost called her himself to demand answers - I had better results with over the counter supplements from WALMART! I’ve seen people walk right out of her office because they had been waiting so long (most of us working professionals) at least 2x observed. They had 3 or 4 people trying to enter the exam room. Dr. Zelner, an NP, scribe and I think there was another. No one asked me, I was told so I said no they were still hanging outside the door and again I said no. Why in the world would anyone think that was a calm and serene setting? Why would I want to be there as a zoo exhibit? Then they didn’t have my test results ready and stated it was my fault from when I made the appt. I don’t trust this office staff of baffoons so I called to confirm that the US results and labs were in and that Dr. Zelner would go over the results with me so don’t tell me I need to make another appt because you all don’t have your act together. I overheard Dr. Zelner state I needed to make another appt. based on the fact that the appt. I had right then was only for a 15 minute appt (for exam & follow up ok?) and I needed to book another. Find yourself a dr who not only provides great care, who is knowledgeable but also has great, professional and caring staff - and ORGANIZED! I hope she changes and changes her staff too. That’s cheap unprofessional labor. If you are going to become her patient then get the 1st appt because to me it has turned into just a money maker with cutting corners and making the experience impossible to continue as a patient.

Dr Zelner’s office is a complete waste of time. Their front office staff are rude, unorganized and untrained in their job. After a waste of time annual and initial visit with Dr Zelner or someone who might be her (she walked in and never introduced herself) where she never asked me about any sexual history or health issues, I was told I need blood work and a ultrasound. Ok fine. Scheduled. Got two confirmation emails and two phone calls confirming date and time. I get there and the front desk girl Angelica tells me that the ultrasound tech emailed and called me to tell me that they didn’t have enough work for the tech so they cancelled the US. No, you didn’t call me or email me. You are all lying sacs of amniotic fluid (ask your boss what that means since you are all uneducated). She then tells me I have to reschedule, taking ANOTHER day off from work. Who cancels medical care???? When I say I’m not sure, good old Angelica, the rudest person ever, tells me “it’s a yes or no and you can leave”. I will be calling my insurance to tell them about the fraud and lack of care they provided at the initial visit. I will not be returning. As a medical professional myself, I will be reporting this office to every board possible and requesting review of their ethics practices. Best of luck to you!

Don't waste your time or money here. She is not knowledgeable in natural or holistic medicine. When she couldn't answer my questions and I knew more than she did on the subject, it's a problem. Her office staff is not very helpful and rude. Looks like they do not care about their patients at all and are there just to collect a paycheck, no one cares about YOU!!! You will wait for hours to be seen. Enough said, don't go.

I love Dr. Zelner. In an age where people are self centered and do not give anyone the time of day my experience in her office has been refreshing. It hasn't been flawless but this does not take away from her being an excellent MD that truly cares for her patients. I rather wait two hours to see Dr. Zelner than go to another MD. In Doctor Zelner I found someone that ones to find the cause not just treat the symptons.

Dr. Zelner is awesome! Probably one of the only holistic practicing doctor that accepts insurance in central florida. She is very knowledgeable and always advises me on the real health factors going and recommends for me more homeopathic alternatives rather than addictive prescription pills that I do not like to associate with.

What I learned from her is that when your body is sick and showing symptoms, you do not NEED a pill to cure that particular symptom, but you should rather switch your focus to curing your entire bodys well being because there is a reason your body is releasing that "cough" or "headache". If your diet is correct & green, than no magic pill will be needed.

I have always had a pleasant experience at Dr. Zelner's office. The staff is not always 100% knowledgeable and sometimes you have to wait, but what else should be expected at a doctors office? At the very least, when go to her office I get to see and speak with the doctor for more than 5 minutes, which was my experience with other offices. I also appreciate her giving me extra time during some visits to address extra questions and health concerns unrelated to my scheduled visit.
