been a patient of Dr. Focazio for years. He is amazing and easy to talk to. His staff is awful. I've been left on hold for more than 20 minutes, they leave you in the waiting room forever, then leave you in the exam room forever too! They don't know how to keep him on time. Also his PA Mary who is blah, sees lots of his patients now. I don't pay to see her, i pay to see the dr. So they should make that clear if he's not available when making your appointment.
