Had a sinus infection . He said it sound the same of someone on crack. I got mad and walked out. I have a ten year history of sinus troubles and have had sinus surgery.

This man was mine and mother's doctor for many years. He just doesn't care about what is wrong with you. He just see's you and moves along about his day. My mother went in for repeated visit's about pain in her stomach this Moron gave her pain killers and told her it was pulled muscle. IT WAS CANCER, she died 2 months after we found out from her cardiologist. He's a 007.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Russell. While he saw me very promptly, he explained that he would not treat my condition and instead gave me the phone number of a specialist. This would have been just fine, except for the fact that this specialist (like most specialists) requires a referral from a GP, as Dr. Russell surely must have known. But instead of giving me a referral, like I asked, he merely gave me the specialist's number. This did me no good. I had to go to another GP to get the referral. The whole visit was a waste of time. Why he refused to provide me a referral is baffling, and was very irresponsible of him.
