I have been with Dr El Seisi for many years and I am very happy with the treatment and service she has provided to me. She is very caring, listens to what we have to say and is very good with follow ups when required. I hope she keeps working as long as I live.
On another noteI always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. I was recently at her office for my flu shot and was greatly impressed by the set up they had created. Cubicles were made by using plastic sheets which allowed everyone a safe and private space to receive their injection. Everyone worked very efficiently and we were in and out in minutes. Well done ladies!

Nice and knowledgeable doctor. Staff needs to improve their customer service skills. I have been a
Patient for over 15 years. Staff is rude especially Ayda who said she is not going to help me anymore which I find outrageous.

Patient since 10 years, she is no more interested in give appointment and half of the going on leave, or insist to come as a walk in rather than getting appointment. Staff has become rude and lies all the time.

I have been with Dr. El-Seisi since 2006, she has been good to me. She listen to you when you have questions and she is always looking for solution to your problem. She does follow up and wants to make sure everything is ok. I really like this doctor and would love to continue with her. But the receptionists are not good, they luck customer service experience and empathy, they are like people from the insurance companies who don't care about customers because they know we need insurance to drive a car for instance, same with these receptionists, they know we need to see a doctor when we are sick. But Dr. El-Seisi is a good doctor and person.

I have moved from City to City and so Far Dr El-Seisi has been the best caring family Doctor.

She is very thorough with her patients and I expect to wait extra time in order to see her. I plan for that when I make appointments. She has a gentle manner and has always treated me as an individual and with respect. She listens. I live 2 hours away from her office, but I am thrilled to have her as my GP and will stay with her as long as I am able.

The doctor was dedicated and punctual, but since couple of years not only she is irregular, but her interest seem to be lacking, gone for month on holiday. Her staff, especially a receptionist Mawish is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, rude person ever come across.
