Office staff puts you on hold when you call and forgets about you.Appointments are always behind. Has had at least 3 associates join and then leave the pratice in recent years. Office never calls with lab results. You have to call them. I finally decided to leave this practice and I was charged $63.00 for my records. There is no sign in their office that this is their policy nor was I ever given anything in writing.

I saw Dr. Devin from the time I was 13 until I was 15 and I have never experienced such awful medical care as I did during that time. Dr. Devin was always rushing to get in an out of the patient rooms. My mom timed him as spending 31 seconds with me one time. Another time, he diagnosed me with an allergy by looking at a rash. He didn't even ask if I had done anything new, he assumed. To this day, I don't know if I am actually allergic to what he said I am allergic to. He misdiagnosed my mom twice and was always quite the alarmist. He instructed his staff to remove stitches that I had in my leg before they were done healing because it had been 2 weeks. The wound opened up and became infected. I now have a massive scar in that area because of his shoddy medical care. I do not recommend him at all.

I've been seeing Dr. Devin for 4 years, and while there have been some frustrating experiences, overall I've been happy with him and his practice. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait a bit - BUT, they will ALWAYS see you, even last minute. If you call in the morning and need a last minute appointment, they'll accommodate you, even if you do have to wait. Dr. Devin is extremely knowledgeable and his staff is incredibly kind and professional. There is a high turnover rate with the front desk staff, but I've never had a problem with them - I've actually formed friendships with a few of the staff. I've never had any issue with the doctor (Dr. Devin or one of his associates) not spending enough time with me - and if I see a PA or NP or medical student and want to see Dr. Devin before I leave, he always comes in. I would recommend this practice to someone who wants a competent and compassionate general practitioner.

Rushed patient. Did not listen to patient's concerns. Acted like he had better things to do. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

My first visit to this Doctor. They suggested I come in early to fill out the paperwork, which I did. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before they called me in. Then within another two minutes they to my vitals. Waited about 5 minutes and then Dr. Devin came in. He did the complete physical and seemed polite and I think he did a good job. The whole visit was pretty quick. The office staff seemed very nice.

Not a good doctor. he's halfway out the door before he even comes into the room. Office manager is ridiculous. Staff is rude. Dr's are over booked

Dr. Devin is horrible! First I was over charged for my flu shot. Then I was told that they won't reimburse me. I was never properly assessed and I was told that every problem I mentioned would require a specialist! (which turned out not to be the case, after seeing another PCP) Abnormal lab values were never discussed with me either. This man doesn't belong practicing medicine, let alone teaching!

I was a patient of Dr. Devin's back when he had his smaller office. I moved over 50 miles away, but continued to keep him as my doctor b/c he always seemed pleasant and helpful. Also, I had been seeing his associate and I enjoyed the level of service she provided. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the practice. I went for an office visit recently and after my experience, I will never return. I believe that as the practice has grown, good service has declined. Dr. Devin barely listened to me. I know he wasn't paying attention b/c he questioned me about something I had just said as if I'd said nothing at all. In all he spent about 45 seconds w/ me. I was left w/ no helpful suggestions and no answers. I've worked in health care 15 years and know both sides of the front desk. My review is in no way mean spirited, but a true representation of my experience with this physician. The staff was friendly and professional, but the doctor gets a low score from me.

After three office visits with Dr. Devin, I found out that I had had pneumonia for a number of months after a medical student ordered me to have a chest x-ray. Dr. Devin was convinced that I simply had allergies even though I insisted it was something worse. After a return visit a few weeks later (and still no improvement), he prescribed me a medication that I am highly allergic to only to call me back an hour later to make sure that I hadn't actually taken it yet. I have never been so disatisfied with a physician's care and have never been more terrified to follow his suggestions/prescriptions or trust his diagnosis. In addition to all of the above, I was forced to wait for almost an hour and a half to talk to him for literally three minutes.

I do not agree with anyone else's reviews here. My mother and I have been patients with Dr. Devin for the past 5 years. The service, depending on what you are there for is very prompt, and you are seen within a half hour. Do expect to wait up to 45 minutes for non - urgent appointments during the busier hours. This office is very busy, but if you're sick, you can get a same day appointment within the hour. Dr. Devin's personality is very succinct but polite, so you need to tell him, as well as any doctor exactly what's wrong to get the best diagnosis. If you want someone to carry a conversation with you while you are there, try the Female Doctor or the Nurse Practitioner. I am very satisfied with this office.
