I don't beleive that folley knows what he is doing.At least not compared to the other doctors in the Philomath, Corvallis area. He has told me something one time and the next time something different. In diagnosing problems he is seldom qualified. I guess corvallis clinic is hard-up for doctors.

Dr. Foley has a very personable, down-to-earth approach. He talks to you like a normal person engaged in a normal conversation. He's kind, patient and knowledgable. My favorite aspect of his approach is that he's not afraid to say "I don't know". Then, he looks it up or researches it later and gets back to you. That's so much better than doctors who are terrified to admit to anything less than infinite knowledge.
