Dr Jolly is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is one of the few doctor's I have seen that listens fully and uses common sense. She doesn't push medications, but looks at the cause of whatever ails you. She is my family physician for the whole family (toddlers included).

I was very dissapointed with my experience with Dr. Jolly. The office staff was also incredibly unhelpful and would not put me in touch with Dr Jolly when I had questions about the unnecessary tests I had been sent to have. I ended up travelling to my old home town and seeing my previous Dr. who helped to diagnose and clear up my issues within a 15 minute visit. I had been given the run around by dr. Jolly and her staff for almost two weeks when all I needed was a simple antibiotic.

Dr Jolly is very knowledgeable, kind and sincerely listens and cares about her patients. She thinks outside the box (lot of that is because she listens then thinks of solutions ). She is considerate if what we are paying as patients and does not try to run up the bill. I respect and enjoy her expertise.

Dr. Jolly is the BEST doctor I have ever been to see! I have taken my entire family to her for the past 7 years for everything from sports injuries and colds, to regular check-ups. She takes the time to get to know her patients and doesn't just prescribe a pill for every symptom. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and has even used her osteopathic manipulation skills to treat my back pain (which has never come back) and my son's ear pain! I highly recommend Dr. Jolly to anyone looking for a family doctor who treats the whole patient!

I have had the worst experience with this office/doctor. I am being treated for major depressive disorder, and am dependent on my medication. If I miss a dosage I suffer symptoms similar to withdrawal. I'm not sure if it is Dr. Jolly or the office staff, but there is a constant inability to provide prescription renewals in a timely manner. I drop of renewal requests almost 2 weeks before I know I'll need the new pills, but regularly still don't receive approval in time. Thank goodness for pharmacy staff that are willing to make extra phone calls to their office and also able to provide 2-3 pills to hold me over. This is so unprofessional. They obviously don't care about their patients. Don't go here. I've hit my limit. I'm finding a new doctor.

I was seen by Dr. Inga Jolly in January,2005 and she was personable. I suffered from several conditions, one of which was dizziness. I explained to her that I was seen by an ER physician at St.Ann's and had a CT but unfortunately it was inconclusive and I was told I should request an MRI. She rolled her eyes and told me to continue to take the antivert for the dizziness that the ER physician had prescribed (explained it was not helping.)I begged for an MRI of my brain that day and returned to her office to beg yet again a week later.I received the referral for the MRI, had it and even though they received my results they didn't contact me for a week and a half and when they did they told me in an upset manner, "You have a mass in your head, you need to see a neurologist asap, you may have MS!" I was then told by a neuro over a week later that it was a mucous retention cyst and that it indicated such on the paperwork the doctor received. They also charged astronomical fees for Disblty ppwk

She may have been running late, but after the amount of time she spent with me, I am not the least bit upset. I was concerned about my health after a family tragedy and she listened to me and asked me questions for about 20 minutes. I genuinely felt like she cared. I highly recommend Dr. Jolly!

I didn't feel that she was concerned about my problem and I felt as though I was rushed.

I have gone to Dr. Jolly for the past few years and have had great experiences every time I have dealt with her. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and goes out of her way to help with referrals. I would recommend her to anyone as a great primary physician.
