Rude, Rude, Rude!!! He was awful to the resident, to the nurses and threw things. He swore, yelled at staff (and also at me, in the OR, when I was more than a little nervous!) - never once called me by name or made me feel taken care of…and in fact, when he came out to greet me in the waiting area he yelled at me because I didn’t take ventolin prior to my surgery - I said “how could I have known to do this, if I was not told to do so by the preadmission anesthesiologist?” He thinks he’s God’s gift to anesthetic medicine but he’s obviously of the school of thinking he is the most important person in the room. NOT how an OR team runs. I’ve had to deal with his antics now twice in my surgeries and now, when I go to preadmission for surgery I always request NOT to have him as my anesthesiologist. He is that bad! If I could give him a minus 5, I would. Retire already!! Let someone with actual compassion, caring and kindness for human beings get a job.

Barked at the resident during my appointment and never once actually addressed me, had no idea who the doctor that referred me was, and she was a high risk OB, he questioned her judgment, questioned my OB'S judgment and seemed very annoyed about the choices they had made for my delivery. I don't need anyone to hold my hand so it was water off a ducks back to me, however the resident did apologize to me once Ledez had left the room and assured me I'd have a different doctor the next day for my surgery.

Horrible horrible man. His picture is next to the word IGNORANT in the dictionary. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This guy is a joke - if you end up with this piece of work on the day of your surgery - RUN! Took him forty minutes to run an IV in my arm and acted like a total Douchebag to the nurses while he was at it.

This guy is an incompetent, egotistical Fool with short man syndrome. Maybe he is more suited to pathology. Cheers to the nurses that put up with this poor excuse for a human being - you ladies and gents rock!

When I first met Dr. Ledez, he was very terse and informal, but he wasn't there to make friends. He was there to help. And without him, my son probably would have died. Dr. Ledez spent many hours with my son in the hyperbaric chamber and I'm so thankful to him. I met with him several times after our ordeal and he was very cordial and understanding.

This Dr. needs a refresher course in human relations. Very obtuse & detached of human emotion. Can't speak to his medical abilities, but as a person he fails the test miserably. One can only wish that he would stick to research & let those with empathy & compassion deal with patients.

I would love to give him a minus star but at least he didn't paralyze my wife. However, the word professional may mean something different to him . My wife was pregnant with twins and in considerable pain. He entered the room with mask down and never once introduced himself or even said hello. However, he did make his presence known by referring to my wife as "Her" and managed to cough 4-5 times without covering his mouth. I did look for badges showing military affiliation but didn't see any which was surprising considering he barked orders at the nurse and my wife. I guess the days in Med school where they covered manners and empathy he was sick. I would assume he has a great reciprocal relationship with cadavers.

Dr. Ledez stuck a needle in my back and here I am saying only good things about him(!). I'm also very grateful to him for his skill with children.
