Nice person. However, late appointments are not really beneficial for the patience as any human being wants to go home for supper. Maybe the appointments should be booked earlier in the day. It takes longer than 10-15 minutes to get to the root of problems by a psychiatrist unless the patience is more expressive about their problems than I am.
