I've been around the world with this pain. After seeing Dr. Peri, he told me that I have arthritis in my entire spine and degenerative disc disease. Other doctors ARE surgery happy and I've been to many and never went back. Dr. Peri explained that he would NOT suggest any surgery and that he would not perform any since it would not help my pain. THANK YOU! Finally, I knew there had to be an honest and excellent doctor out there! He is working to alleviate the pain so that I can get around; after all, I'm only 74 yrs old and love horses. :)

I have seen this dr for 10 years. I would not go to another for my back pain. He and staff were and r great ppl.

Over all I had a good experience with Dr. Peri. I have worked in the medical field for many years, and now needing surgery I was referred to him. Most of his staff was great, but one of them was a little rude, kind of a "know it all, seen it all" type of attitude. I have a condition (that she was not trained on) and she asked me what it was and how it affected me. I gladly explained it to her, and then she proceeded to tell me how to treat it. My condition had nothing to do with why I was there, nor did I need "schooling" on how to treat it. As far as The Doctor being from Iraq, I believe he is Indian, not Iraqi. Truthfully, it would not matter to me, I am a Christian and God made us all. Why should we single out one person for a mistake someone else made.

I love this dr. would NEVER go to another for my back. He and staff have a great bed side manner. He really knows what he is doing. Would trust him will my health and have for 9 almost 10 years. I would recommend him and have to anybody.

I had been in pain for 5 years over my lower back. When I had finally received permission from a doc too see a Neurologist, My insurance sent me to Dr. Peri. I had seen him for the first time and he explained to me everything that was going on and what could be done. I was scared but after 5 years of pain, I was ready to have surgery. I thank god that I was sent to such a great doctor. It's been three weeks now and I am doing great. I haven't had any pain and did some walking yesterday and it went well. I would recommend Dr. Peri. He is caring, and made sure I wasn't in any pain and was very helpful with everything.

After surgery on my lower back and also neck fusion (4 discs) w/plate, I would rate Dr. Peri's ability as excellent. He is caring, professional, and saw that I didn't needless suffer any anguish. I could call at any time and was seen by the doctor immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He has been my physican for 5 years and also my husband physican for serious medical needs. He is not rude, arrogant and answers all questions. The treatment he gave turned out excellent, from being diagnosed with bone cancer from a top university hospital and found (through Dr. Peri) that I had imploded lower back disc. (five of them.) From my statement you can surmise my satisfaction of the service he performs.

My 4 month old could have done a better job on my surgery. He is the biggest slice of crap that ever existed. He should go back to his country where bedside manner don''t mean poo. He makes you suffer by giving no meds after surgery and if you request meds he calls you a drug addict. Don''t go to him you will be sorry see sean McDonald in Paducah KY. Periyanayagam is Iraqi
