Dr. Cepela performed upper and lower blepharoplasty and under eye laser resurfacing due to ptosis in both eyes. He did a fabulous job with high compliments from friends and family. It's wonderful being able to see correctly! If you need this surgery, depend on Dr. Cepela to help you.

As a retired OR nurse of 36 years, I've always subscribed to the theory that if you are looking for a reputable surgeon, you ask a nurse. With that in mind, I highly recommend Dr. Cepela for oculoplastic surgery.
I'm 4 weeks post op 4 lid blepharoplasty, browpexy, and facial laser resurfacing, and am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Cepela and his staff are very professional and always willing to answer any questions.
If you're contemplating oculoplastic surgery, I suggest that you do some research, jot down your questions, and make an appointment with Dr. Cepela. I certainly have no regrets!

I chose Dr. Cepela because my twin brother saw him 10 years earlier for a similar surgery and was pleased with his results. I am so happy to say that my surgery went perfect! I had upper and lower blepharoplasty, a brow lift, as well as cosmetic laser surgery. Family and friends have honestly said I look 20 years younger! I am so pleased!! My husband keeps looking at me smiling and says he is so happy with my results too! I would recommend this surgery and Dr. Cepela, along with his friendly staff, to everyone! I am also so impressed with the office manager who went the extra distance to help me when dealing with the insurance company. I rate my entire experience with an A+.

Egoistic, arrogant, small-minded man. Refused to treat me even though he diagnosed two degenerative eyelid conditions. Maybe I should be glad, since he's got a few terrible reviews on ruining other people's appearance. But his delivery method was poor, and he charged me and the insurance a fortune to not do anything for me! Add "greedy" to the list of negative attributes. The worst doctor (and one of the worst people) I ever met.

I was always afraid to try a botox, but he recommended new products called dysport and restalyne.... I LOVE IT. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail before we even started. His bedside manor was very pleasant. His staff was absolutely amazing and made me feel welcomed and important. I would recommend giving him a try! You will walk away pleased. And don't forget to see Sally for skin care! She has been a blessing. I no longer feel the need to wear heavy makeup all the time! I'm a patient for life!
