I am a physician. My colleagues and I understand that Dr. Webb specializes in the "difficult cases" in which cancers have come back or are in difficult to treat areas. He is my skin cancer surgeon as well the other doctors in this area. I am amazed at some of the reviews I'm reading- they do accurately represent Dr. Webb's field of service or the quality of his skills. I know the dermatologists in this area personally. Dr. Webb is the only surgeon within this area with his exceptional qualifications. I was also a former hospital administrator. Dr. Webb's facility is JCAHO certified and his pathology lab is CAP certified. Those are VOLUNTARY credentialing services whereby the doctor and staff subject themselves to review by national organizations. He and his staff have always received the highest rating.

Dr. Webb performed a cancer removal and reconstruction of my nose. The results were outstanding. You would do well to meet Dr. Webb and his staff yourself. He is the real expert.

Dr. Webb's solution to an older person with a health issue is "death with dignity". He is not God and is not authorized to make that call. I would suggest not using him at all if you want to live.

i was referred to see Dr. webb by another dermatologist for a difficult cancer that had come back after several regular type removals. I heard he he was excellent and now I know. He explained things completely including the possibility of cancer coming back even with Mohs surgery. The procedure was done in the office with only numbing shots. His nurses were very kind to me as I was very nervous. Dr. Webb was very caring and I could tell right away that he and his staff truly care for their patients. my cancer was very large it took a lot of my nose but I tell you- I was COMPLETELY amazed at how Dr. Webb put it back together with a "flap". I know now why e other doctors send the really tough cases to him. Trust me- there isn't a better one.

Dr Webb saw my dad, removed skin cancer from forehead, (area he removed looked great) he said it was cancer and that he got it all,no further treatment needed. 4 mths later, my dad goes in to see him for a swollen area on his cheek, he said, "I guess we didnt get it all, I will have to send you to someone else. After seeing another Dr..which did a bx, and getting the path. report back, (that Dr Webb did and has still not to this day..1 year and 4 mths later called us with. It did show, that it was spreading and "APPEARED WORSE THAN FIRST INDICATED>>FURTHER TREATMENT RECOMMENDED!!!" the 2nd Dr we saw referred us to B'Ham to Dr Carroll (AWESOME!!!) after having all of his teeth removed, 27 Lymphh nodes, and the parotid gland removed, 7 1/2 weeks of radiation, losing 35-40 lbs, my dad is finally on the road to recovery. If you see a Dr in this practice..PLEASE, PLEASE get your own path report and follow up with someone immediately, if your path report recommends it!!!!!

Dr.is OK. His "helpers" leave a lot to be desired. Receptionist who was there several years ago was unhelpful and arrogant. Told me to take my son to MedPlus. I could use another word for her, but I won't.

went in for a bump on my head. He looked at it and said"yep it's cancer. He said "the nurse will do a biopsy and explain it to you". I said"what about..." He said I would like to talk to you more but I have to go." And out the door he went. I had to wait 10 days and call his office to get the results, it was not cancer. After complaining about the first visit he said "well you should be happy it's not cancer. You are the first person I have ever heard of to complain about good news" and he left the room. I told the nurse I was not happy with any of the service I had received, especially have to wait ten days and call a voice mail to find out the results. She said that is our policy. I said you need to change your policy. She said we like like it is. There was more dissapointing things but I will not lis all of it here.
