I had been told by 2 neurologists and 1 other neurosurgeon that nothing could be done to help relieve the chronic pain I had had for years. 6 months after meeting Dr. Dickerson, 1 back surgery and 1 neck surgery I am back to enjoying life with no need to for pain medication. I live 2/5 hours from Wichita so they worked with me and my MD to minimize the number of trips. I Highly recommend Dr. Dickerson and his entire staff!

It has been a long haul for me and him as I have had many challenges with the surgeries; however, I respect Dr. Dickerson and his staff and am Extremely thankful for all of them. We are all human - we all make mistakes, but this dr is very experienced, confident, and knowledgeable in what he does and him and his PA makes a great team. Through all my many challenges and complications, they have done everything they can to make me better ... and in a very timely manner.

Dr.'s office scheduling error(s) resulted in lifelong complications and decreased life quality which might have been avoided; ENT was not scheduled when surgery had to be rescheduled due to Dr.'s office staff error; unacceptable! PA did not accurately read post-surgery radiological reports/images--disappointing. Post-surgery complications were never explained pre-surgery as possible outcomes. No viable options to remedy mistakes; very negatively impacted my quality of life--Pre-surgery, had NO sinus problems, now lifelong sinus damage/infections/nosebleeds; inability to breathe with ease, sleep disruption, steroid medications required due to surgical damage resulting in diabetes insipidus, unexpected/unexplained/likely unnecessary, yet I am strapped with the repercussions for life; such damage was never explained as a possible outcome; also, have permanent facial neuropathy post-surgery from damage incurred during same surgery, alternate (after failed initial) hypophysectomy route.

Kind, knowledgable and very informative. Staff, not so much. Appts hard to get and run unreasonably behind sched. I am 16 months post op from an a.i.l.f.(l4 l5) and have not seen Dr since just before my surgery. P.A released me and follow ups have alternatec between 2 different P.A. I've had issues with with shooting pains down my legs, can no longer drive for more than a few minutes without cruise control(due to weakness), and multiple other issues for approximately 3 months and they continue to reschedule my appts. I guess that he has just gotten busy, but I don't feel like it is acceptable at this point.

Nic,calm, confidiant and very knowledgeable physician. This was the 3rd neurosurgeon as well as a cyber knife radiologis I have seen with my brain tumor. He offered me hope and a soultion where the other 3 just left me confused, crying, scared. He was the only one to show me exctly on my head where my tumor was. I have been in the medical field for 28 years and I trust this man. He was very honest and frank about my surgical procedure and outcome. I still have surgery to face and I will let you know how it goes.
