Wonderful doctor and staff. Great bedside manners, very competent in his field. Love this doctor and would highly recommend everyone to see him. Great on the eyes too :-)

Removed under-eye fat deposits but there were still some deposits under one eye, resulting in a bumpy, asymmetrical appearance. He was dismissive about the result and only grudgingly agreed to correct the surgery. He tried to scare me out of the second surgery by telling me it would be done with no anesthetic, not even local (a lie). The result after the second surgery is no better than the first and the eye is still bumpy and asymmetrical. His manner throughout, from first consult to last post-surgical followup has been abrupt,dismissive, and disrespectful. I will not ask for a third correction because I feel his skills are mediocre and his attitude is negative. I intend to try and recoup part of the fee because my results are very poor.

I love this doctor--unfortunately, my insurance changed and Carolina Eye Assoc. is not with Aetna, who we had to switch to. I had a cyst on lower lid, which turned out to be skin cancer. Had the MOHS surgery with dermatologist in Cary, and Dr. White did my reconstructive surgery. You can hardly see the scar. He said my skin healed well, but I think he is just really good at what he does.

Was like waiting in line at the stock yard. Too many patients in a small area and way too long to wait for the doctor. May be technically competent, but their customer service is stone age! Worse yet, nobody seemed to care that they were that overbooked and overcroweded!
