she just delivered my baby and she was awesome. very friendly, dedicated, calm. she made this the best experience of my life and I will be forever thankful. i hope that she can deliver all of my kids. i am eternally grateful.

Dr Kolbas is one of the kindest physicians that I have ever met. She put me and my husband at ease and we had the most WONDERFUL birth experience! I would go back to her and the Brigham anytime.

Paula Kolbas is the reason i don't want a second child. she made my first experience of childbirth downright traumatic. she refused to treat my Hemorrhoid and insisted on inducing the delivery on the expected day for no reason. she was hurried, impersonal, insensitive...and delivered my baby without permorming an episiotomy, leaving a 2nd degree tear. the stitch was left with lots of ends sticking out. i called them again and again, and they wouldn't offer any postpartum help if i didn't go to the office, and here i was, unable to even breastfeed my baby because of the pain. i eventually had to cut the stitch that was hurting me at home, with my mom's help!unbelievable what doctors can get away with!

I love Dr. Kolbas. She cared for me through two pregnancies and delivered one of my kids. She is calm, sweet, and smart, but she also takes all precautions. The other doctors on staff are all great too - it almost doesn't matter who is on call when you go into labor. My two gripes are: The parking garage is hell - that can't be helped. Also, no one EVER answers the phone. It makes you prisoner in your own house waiting for a return call even if you have a small question or need to change an appointment. My first visit to the office, I got lost, and when I called from my car for directions, nobody answered. I almost just turned my car around and went home. None of this takes away from the fact that Dr. Kolbas is wonderul
