Exceptional. I am recommending Dr. Havranek to friends and family. I submitted the online request and was contacted in a timely manner. The voice and email communication with staff was fantastic. Quick, friendly and helpful. Most of the "prep" was painless! The day of the colonoscopy was a breeze. Check in was quick and super efficient. The many nurses, anesthesiologists and Dr. Havranek were super friendly and good at their jobs. Anesthesia was perfect as I was waking up while being rolled into the recovery room and was ready to walk out ten minutes later. (Of course they don't let you do this) They sent me home with a complete report, pictures and encouraged any questions or explanations. They called the next day to follow up. Looking forward to seeing them again in five years!

My spouse just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done by Dr. Havranek a week ago. I was very impressed with the promptness that Dr. Havranek responded to the appointment request I made on-line for my husband. He sees patients and family members after the procedure(s), provides multiple pictures from the scope procedures, and thoroughly explains his findings and recommendations if any. We found him and his staff to be Very Personable, Professional, and Efficient. I received far less from my colonoscopy performed by a Different Gastroenterologist/practice 10 months ago. I wished I'd called Dr. Havranek then. I would highly recommend him & his practice. Oh wait, I already have referred a coworker to him this evening. I hope she calls his office or requests an appointment on-line. It was easy to do! Switching my care over as well for my ongoing digestive issues. Thank You Dr. Havranek for not being too busy to speak with your patients and their families.

I've being trying to make an appointment with him because I think he might be a good doctor but every time I call goes to an answering machine . I leave a message and they don't call me back. I hope he see this comment it was gonna be my first appointment with him but because they don't call me back I'm going to have to find another doctor.

Absolutely the best! Honest, trustworthy, great communication, great bed-side manner, listens to you, does everything he can to help you, etc... I could go on and on. Highly recommended. I recently had a colonoscopy/endoscopy, things went great. And I actually got a call the NEXT day from his office just to check in with me, see how I was doing! ...I have to drive almost 2 hours to see him. And it's well worth it!! Thanks Havranek :)
