Terrible dentist. I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. He told me I could just use local anesthesia since my teeth were in an easy position. The needles hurt and I was scared I was going to choke since It was my first time being that numb. I panicked a bit and cried and he shook his head at me and scoffed.
Turns out two of my teeth were impacted and he ended struggling. He took out his frustration on me yelling at me to keep my mouth open even though I couldn’t feel it. And he was also sweating over me which is disgusting.
I came back a week later because he never gave me the bottle to rinse my gums so I had a terrible taste in my mouth. He never once even looked up to address me he just gave me the bottle like it was an inconvenience.
They also harassed me by mail later on to get an extra $100 out of me that my insurance already told them I didn’t have to pay. They even threatened to go to the creditors. Obviously they never did because it could easily be disputed since I can prove that I didn’t owe them that.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m glad I never have to go back. He has a nasty attitude and just wants money. So much so he’s willing to harass you to get an extra buck. Don’t go here !

Dr. W has already pulled 4 of my back molars. A previous dentist did the root canals and crowns years ago but the teeth eventually cracked. He pulled out the cracked tooth - I was afraid it would be too difficult because the tooth was down to the gum but he did an amazing job and it barely hurt. I’m not sure what some of these other people are talking about because he was very nice and had a lot of patience for me. I kept moving and was scared if the needles but he helped me go through with it. I keep going back to him to that speaks for itself….

Dr W’s staff is excellent while he falls miserably short of the mark. He’s extremely abrupt and abrasive. I recently had an extraction and two weeks later and I’m in more pain than day one…When applying the local he accidentally struck a nerve in my gum/cheek which I believe caused further damage…when I asked him what I could take to alleviate the pain level, he rudely yelled “Motrin” and stormed away. My suggestion, avoid Dr. W and don’t allow him to Yank!

The Doctor is very rude, abrasive, and doesn't take the time to "care" for his patients if it doesn't seem suitable or beneficial to his oh-so busy schedule. I would never recommend someone here nor would I ever go again myself.

I had to pay over 300 out of my own pocket! I informed the receptionist that I don't have insurance and gave to use care credit. She said that was ok and set up the AprApr. But of course when I arrived the didn't take care credit.so I had to pay out of pocket.

My daughter had her jaw operated on by Dr. Wank. She had an accident and he was the doctor who we saw in the emergency room. The only one for the hospital. We did not seek him out. We went to the emergency rm at 10 am and he did not operate until 12 midnight. I had questions for him, but he could not be reached and i couldnt ask them until she was in the OR. He was rude in the OR and told me my questions about the operation were "out of line". Post op we had to see him once a week for 6 weeks. Each week at his office they would only let my daughter 15 go back and see him. They would not let me go with her. I tried to go back to be with my daughter but the door was locked. They said they would come and get me after he examined her. Five minutes later my daughter came out and they would not let me see the dr to ask questions because he was with another patient already. They told me to call the office with my questions. The office staff were rude and lied to me repeatedly.

Wonderful dental experience if any can be termed wonderful. On 2 subsequent occasions, did not charge for consultations. Happy pain free environment. Would return.

All staff were kind, courteous and professional towards me. For a very busy office, they all work very well together. I have been to several oral surgeons, and Dr Wank's bed-side manner is about the same as any others I have met -quiet, reserved, professional, but not real 'chatty'. Then again, I was not there for that reason. He was courteous, polite, professional and I felt VERY confident. My own dentist sends his own 2 teenagers to Dr Wank for all of their oral surgery needs, and that speaks volumes to me. The doctor opened the office on a saturday to check on me, which i thought was wonderful. I would go to him again. As for his receptionist, Carol; she was very kind, polite, courteous to me--as well as helpful with any questions I had. The dental assistants were all kind to me, friendly, and professional.
