I went to her for a cosmetic procedure. She doesn't even take any pictures beforehand. Every time I go in there for another photofacial, she keeps saying how improved I look. How does she know? How can she remember? I see my face every single day and it looks no different before I spent thousands of dollars with her. And I'm not sure if she's a good diagnostician. I brought my son there for a red scaly rash which I thought was ringworm. She called it eczema and gave him a steroid cream which made it worse! I took him to another derm who scraped the scales and confirmed that it was ringworm and gave me the correct cream which got rid of the rash.
