Dr. Toppell is not only an exceptionally competent doctor but he's a great person. He works well with the nurses and staff. He was very accesible and quite informative. Thank you Dr Toppell for your service

I can't praise Dr. Toppell enough for the excellent and compassionate care that he provided to my dear mother for the last four years of her life. My mother's condition was critical for much of the time that he took care of her and he always gave us hope and did everything possible for her. Unfortunately, she recently passed away and although this has been a tremendously sad time for our family we are comforted in knowing that she was taken such good care of my Dr. Toppell.
