Wonderful doctor office! Caring and knowledgeable doctor and staff :)

I wait for 1 hour in office always. Dr Tao is very cold , just want u pay very expensive medicine, follow up once every month. Medicine has no refill at all .He just spend 3-5 minutes with patient usually. I go to another doctor, I just need follow up once /6 months!! New doctor le me refill 6 months.Dr Tao just want money , doesn't care patients !! Business man!!

GREAT STAFF AND DOCTOR. FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP. OFFICE IS CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND PEACEFUL. TREATED MY CHILD EYE INJURY AND SAVED HIS VISION.

Doctor was extremely rude and tries to scare you into getting the most expensive treatments even though it's unnecessary.

The staff is wonderful ladies. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Cathy and Allison you are the best! Dr. Toa is awesome as well. Sometimes the procedures can be expensive. I don't care as long as I don't get any out of pocket charge.

Dr. Tao and staff are very friendly and professional. They do their best to treat each patient. I have glaucoma for many years. His office has very new and advanced medical diagnostic equipment to diagnose and monitor my glaucoma. My glaucoma has been stable under his care. I am very pleased with his knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness.

I called and needed to see a doctor right away and the staff got me in the same day. The lady up front was soo nice and helpful. I was very happy with the service and the doctor was very informative on what was wrong and how to take better care of my eyes.

The staff were great, however the Doctor was appalling. He conducted the most expensive exam, charging my insurance for it, and misdiagnosed my eye so it will qualify under "medical treatment" and therefore covered by insurance (because he knew I would not pay that much out of pocket). He gave me trial contacts that did not fit properly and damaged my eye. Then, when I tried to get glasses at a different place, I found out he charged my insurance for contacts anyway. Simply, shocking.

It seams like Dr Tao is knwledgeable but he first suggest the most expensive treatment. LIke Torec contacts instead of glasses.
