Dr. Webb was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and the procedure went well. I found the nurses to be helpful and efficient as well. My complaint is the ladies who work the front desk and answer the phone. They are older women who seem like I am a major inconvenience to them. I found them to be rude and not helpful in answering questions. Each time I called I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. Before having the procedure done, I was given some papers telling me what to expect and what to do. Apparently the papers are out dated, because things did not happen the way the papers described. I think these differences where a result of the same old women who don’t want to be inconvenienced. I think the Doctor and Nurses where great. Some of the office staff need better attitude.
