Dirty office and equiptment, illiterate abuse staff that cannot add to numbers together to calculate weight. Staff will call out patient info for all the hear... I felt violated, embarrassed and angry. I walked out without completing whole appointment - last straw was when the mathematical illiterate and chubby white desk staff with the nasty attitude laughed as I got off the scale.

I have no idea how this doctor's office stays in business. It is "administered" by a poorly trained office staff whose incompetence is exceeded only by their rudeness. Dr. Peck supervises a bunch of interns who do most of the work, but Peck eventually stops by for a minute or so because Medicare requires it. I think he doesn't like Medicare patients because the reimbursement is less than with some insurance companies, but he doesn't have a choice. I really have no way of judging his knowledge because his medical practice is really in the hands of his interns (and office staff).

Worst doctor ever. Would not see my child (his patient) because he already had seen to many of the patients with Aetna insurance for the week. His office staff said I had to wait another week to schedule the appointment even though Dr. Peck was the primary. Would not provide a referral for a specialist and forgot than refused to send medical records to new PCP.

I had to switch PCPs after 14 years and picked Dr Peck. Mistake. His hours are all over, his staff never calls back, and his flunkies are the ones to see you. I paid $36 to have my chart sent from my previous Dr so he could see my conditions and medications. He says he cannot prescribe narcotics. The resident wrote it for me and Dr Peck took it away. I think there is something wrong with his license.

We love doctor Peck! He took the best care of my father while he was in his care. Took care of his blood pressure and asthma and my father said he never felt better! Same with me, my husband and my mom. He is an excellent physician! I will always recommend him! Yes he has interns, but always takes time to come, see and discuss treatment with the intern and patient. Future doctors have to learn somewhere too! Stuff has always been polite to us. Sometimes you have to wait longer, but ot happens in almost every office I go to.

Dr. Peck and his staff are a mess. His staff is rude and he always has interns. I have never seen an office that is rude.

Abusive, unprofessional front office staff. A nightmare revolving door of new staff and interns. You do not actually get to have Dr. Peck examine you - a different intern comes in each time! And that is after being battered/abused by the two front desk receptionists. Even after asking the receptionist to please not call out private information across the waiting room, she continued to do so. I asked to be seen by Dr. Peck and interns always came in to do the exam. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! Dr. Peck's office is extremely dirty and looks like a cleaning crew comes in once a year. Life is way too short and there are medical offices which treat patients as CLIENTS. There are medical professionals who treat you with dignity and respect, and encourage the patient to ask questions. Dr. Peck's office staff treats Dr. Peck like a God, and always makes the patient feel like it is an imposition to ask for decent service. Protect your health and don't EVER do to Dr. Peck's practice!

Dr. Peck and his staff are horrible. The staff lost my chart and than made it seem like it was my fault! I waited over 30 minutes to see Dr. Peck for one minute. Any other time I need something he always called a scrip out and never saw me! I picked a differnt pcp
