Wonderful staff, as all were friendly and made my child comfortable during the process of her check up. Dr Mathis was caring and made our check up a joy. She was very friendly and explained everything we needed done in detail so we understood. Her prices were very affordable and they worked with my insurance and share of cost. I was absolutely petrified about having root canal. The dentist was so lovely and comforting and just reassuring the whole time which made me feel differently about going back to the dentist.
I recommend them they were efficient and caring and just great overall.

These reviews are Spot on, Dr. Veronica is an amazing Dentist, Kind, Informative and best of all extremely skilled, I have been going to her now for about 6 years.
I will continue to do so even if I were to move farther away.
She is that good!! the office is no frills, but what I need is a skilled Dentist.
I already own a couch and a Television

I think this dentist should be shut down for reverse discrimination. She was terrible!! The dentist was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She verbally abused her assistant and treated me and my child like 2nd class citizens. I am in the process of writing to the state about her and how I feel she should be shut down.

The office environment was extremely unprofessional. I was made to wait 35 minutes past my appointment. The "rooms" for each patient are visble not only from the waiting room but from the room next to you. The assistant to take my x-rays was just rude. Then to end the visit Dr. Mathis explained my dental dilemma treated me like an ignorant child. It was a humiliating experience and no, I would not recommend her to anyone.

I have gone to Dr. Mathis for 3 years now and the first two visits not too bad, however this past year was TERRRIBLE! I originally thought it was nice that the dentist is the one doing all the work, but honestly I realize she is a control freak and needs to do everything including front desk jobs, despite having a secretary there. This being the case, she is never on time, and will be interrupted multiple times to do other things, that she should let her employees do. I find her bedside manner and and work environment just downright terrible, she is rude to her other employees, will yell at them in front of the customer and really does not speak to the patient. As a healthcare worker I think she not a dentist I will ever return to and in fact I had 3 bad experiences within 2 weeks, becuase of needing extra dental work, that I will never recommend her to anyone that I know.
