Have been seeing Dr Chen for years. He listens, provides valuable advice and treatment and seems to care about his patients overall well being. If i call him he will always get back to me and I highly value him and am lucky to have him for my primary doctor.

Dr Chen is one of the few doctors that I have worked with that returns calls, and he has even called me at home during a bout of pneumonia to see how I was doing. He is a genuninly caring individual and I have recommended him to several friends.

Dr. Chen has been our family doctor for 10 years now. He is courteous, responsible and has a good breath of knowledge. We have had some serious injuries and illnesses to deal with from 3 level cervical spine surgery to phyloides cancer tumors. He has always referred us to great specialists and worked with us to get other doctors we wanted. Good family doctor!!!

I am confused by the negative comments re: Dr. Chen. He has been my families doctor for a few years now and he has always made himself available 24/7. I almost lost my son to a terrible bike accident and Dr. Chen not only treated his physical needs he was the only one that cared enough about his emotional needs. My son will be having another difficult surgery and I am grateful to have him again to get our family through another difficult time. I have lived here for 21 yrs and have seen a lot of doctors and you will not find a more caring and diligent man. BTW-Yes I have seen him look at the clock but I think it has more to do with his type A personality. I am not offended because he has always given me my air time.

Dr. Chen has been my Doctor for 3 years and I have only ever had a great experience with him. He is always caring and thorough. Those other comments don't sound anything like the the Dr. Chen I've been with. I've had other Drs that have been terrible but this one is the best I've ever seen.

I want to warn people about this hack. The clown almost killed me. I had a big "square" shaped lump on my back and he wouldn''t even look at it. My back was bad and kept getting worse. Just by looking at someone''s back no one has any idea of how bab it is and what wrong. This time the lump was 3" x 5" and raised up about an inche. Anyone looking at it would know it was really unusual. It turned out to bea stakk infection that under the muscle it was about 1'' by 1.5 feet and an inche thick. I had to have a operation and the infection followed some screws into my spine from a fusion I had 4 yrs ago. If he would have found it earlier I probably wouldn''t have hadtheoperation and to just take antibiotic pills instead of the liquid injection, which cost a lot. Thanks Chen, you should goand seeif Mcdonald''s is hiring an flip burges. Keith

Cold hearted, poor bedside manner. Watches the clock. Should be added to new movie "Sicko II". Unable to diagnose his own cases. When patients have serious pain due to real medical problems. Fact is, he appears to be lacking in passion for investigating thoroughly the problems his patients are having. He doesn't take the time. Why? He probably needs to hurry to get to the next patient. Increase the number of patients through the mill, and you increase the $$$. Hello?
