Every time I come to this office, I wait at least an hour. I had an appointment at 4:45pm today. They called me to say they made a mistake and the doctor wouldn't be there at that time and can I come at 9:30. It's 10:30 and I'm still waiting. Unacceptable to have someone wait in an office during Covid. The doc is great, but only go to him if you have no other commitments or time constraints.

Avoid this doctor, unless you don't mind waiting HOURS for your appointment. I went this morning for my 11 am appointment (that I waited three weeks to get) and was stunned to find about TEN people ahead of me. I am 73 years old and have been to many many doctor's offices,
but my experience this morning at Dr. Zanella's office was like nothing I had ever seen. I asked the receptionist if all the folks I saw were ahead of me and sure enough, they were. Talk about OVER SCHEDULING!! The doctor might be the best podiatrist in the nation, but I probably could have driven to the Mayo Clinic and back before I got to see this guy. Lots of luck... find a DPM whose staff knows how to manage scheduling, unless you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting.

Dr. Zannella is an excellent doctor with VERY strong people skills. He is easy to understand, easy to like, easy to trust. Wait to see him , however, is oftentimes is long. It is a busy practice.

I loved Dr. Zannella. He is very patient, kind and honest. Yes, the waiting room can be a but long, but I've found that's usually the case with doctors who actually talk with you, instead of rushing you in and out. To me, that is worth the wait. Dr. Zannella performed my surgery, he did a beautiful job. Very happy.

Dr. Zanella is an excellent doctor and I really appreciate him, too bad his staff is awful. Honestly, I think that they should not even take appointments since they cannot keep them. Perhaps they should consider that an open door policy should be adopted...

Dr. Zannella truly cares about his patients' well being. He came in for me once on a Saturday because it was a holiday weekend and I needed to see him. He is a really nice person. Has a really good, loyal staff. Business must be booming because he runs late often.

Dr is very knowledgeable, good bedside manners, answers your questions and explains thorougly. Good surgeon. Overworked Drs. and staff. Typically long waiting time. Patients overbooked. Some staff friendlier and more knowledgeable than others.
