Blue Cross / Blue Shield
She has a history of refusing medications and cares to myself because I did not agree with her assessments. And as a matter of fact refused care to me because I had a panic attack on the phone with her staff. She also informed me that I could not receive care from any prof. in the group after I had my panic attack. I was without care or medication and when I tried to contact her to at least fill my RX while I find another physician she refused to respond or provide me with my medication. And it all happened when I was hundreds of miles from home, making a bad situation much worse. Did I mention I went to see her for anxity and panic ATTACKS?
