I have been a patient of Dr. Timmons for the past 6 years. I have visited his office for procedures including plastic surgery, skin cancer, and Botox injections. During this time I have always had the upmost respect and confidence in Dr. Timmons and his staff. I have always been greeted by a friendly staff, felt comfortable discussing questions and concerns, and made to feel at ease during all procedures. Not only am I a patient but several members of my family have been treated for skin cancer removal and reconstructive surgery by Dr. Timmons. I have been amazed by the results and care given to family and friends by him and his staff. I am also impressed by his willingness to use his talent on numerous mission trips outside of the country. During these trips he is part of a team mission that's goal is to change and improve the quality of someone's life. He genuinely cares for his patients, is dedicated to insuring patient satisfaction, and uses his skills to help others.

During the past 18 years Dr. Timmons has performed multiple surgeries on me and my immediate family. He removed skin cancers from my face and did reconstructive work on these sites that can not even be seen. His training is excellent but even with great training you find plastic surgeons that do not have the creative gift to recreate what accidents and cancer have taken away from us. His gift and his training combined make him one of the finest surgeons I have seen. I have sent family and friends to him and all have come away with great results. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon I would say he is one of the best.

It took me three years to decide to get breast implant, looked into different physician practices in Gastonia. I decided to go with Dr. Timmons after my friend had her surgery performed by him. The office is extremely professional. Dr. Timmons is a bit shy, but he listens to what you are looking for, your goals and your profession. I wanted to restore fullness to my breast after feeding 2 kids, a full C cup. That's exactly what I received, 340ml, 36C. The anesthesia staff are very kind, gentle and they discuss exactly what they are going to do. The day of surgery, expectations were very clear. I was eating a sandwich after I woke up from surgery, slept most of the day. Pain wasn’t bad after the surgery, muscle spasms a bit annoying but manageable with prescribed medication. It was a good experience, well planned, great staff and surgeon. Highly recommend him, being a nurse practitioner if I had to revise my breast surgery I would go back again to Dr. T and his staff.

I went to Dr. Timmons about a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the service I got or the result of my surgery. He is the best surgeon I have ever met. He answered all of my questions, made me feel extremely comfortable and prepared, and my results are beautiful. I am so happy I chose Dr. T - he really was the best man for the job! I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him for all of my future needs. Being in the medical field myself, and having experience with many other physicians, it truly means a lot to have the utmost respect and faith in Dr. Timmons. He is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful, witty bedside manner. His staff was great, too.

Dr. Timmons gave me an infection and I have extreme skin loss and he refuses to repair the damages. No other doctor will see me due to the severety of the problem.
