We love Dr. Heisman and have been going there for years! He is by far the most gentle dentist you'll ever visit. I had a dry socket when my wisdom teeth were pulled and he opened his office on a Saturday to take care of me. I highly recommend him.

Needed work done on a tooth. Office said called my insurance and was approved. Insurance later refused pymnt. Called insurance myself and was told that the doctors office did not get approval. Dr's then stated my responsibility. Tooth within 2 weeks back to same pain. Set up payment with Dr's office and to have tooth fixed AGAIN! was told to make mthly pymnt of $20. Came in for apt (1wk after pymnt arrangmnt made) and told to pay then. Dr then came out and talked loudly in front of office threatening collection action if not paid. Would not of had a bill if office was honest about approval. Ins. sd that they had none. Tooth still not fixed stuck with a bill for services not done. Made arrangemnt only for office to change arrangement once there for tooth to be looked at(NO work being done at that time) and the dentist to come out and make a scene. Total owed under $100. Poor services from front desk to dentist himself. DO not use. There are better ways to waste money!
