Went to her due to pain in my abdomen. One hysterectomy later, I still have the exact same pain. Turns out my pubic bones were misaligned.

Dr. Lisa A. Lorenzetti was short and rather rude, seemed agitated with the concerns I presented to her. As a young, black woman I did not feel comfortable in her care. Hopefully she can improve this for patients of the future.

Dr. Lorenzetti is a great doctor and I recommend her to anyone in need of a GYN!

The clerical staff is rude and lazy.I took off work & drove 45 minutes to get to my apt, sat in the waiting room for 30 mins, then finally got to a room where I had to wait for 2 hrs! No one stopped by to tell me what was going on. About 45 mins into my waiting I assumed they forgot about me so I walked around the hallway to find someone.They told me that Lorenzetti had an emergency earlier in the day and still hadn't shown up. So I went back into my room to wait. After waiting over 2 hours in that room they said, "we need to reschedule". I was NOT happy. Also- they are terrible about prescriptions, I've run into so many issues. I called my pharmacy to see what was going on with my prescription that automatically refills monthly. They said that they received notification that my doctor must be contacted before refilling. My pharmacy and I have both been calling my doctor's office everyday for a week to get this resolved and they wont call either one of us back.

Dr. Lorenzetti's communication skills are lacking. I had been a patient of hers for several years with routine check-ups that involved no follow-on questions. When a medical issue arised and I needed to ask a question I was treated in a cold and clinical manner that harbored minimal interaction with her. I felt she had other patients to attend to. I could understand her concern if I had tried to take up a lengthy amount of time but my question was short and pointed. I would not recommend her to friends or loved ones. A person deserves to have a doctor who one cares and two is interested in that patients concerns.

Dr Lorenzettis office first off, is the rudest group I have come in contact with! I called the nurse in pain and she said "Take IBuprofin and put ice on it." If that worked before I wouldnt have called. The front desk is rude, the appointment ladies are even worse. My appointment was cancelled after I had been calling for weeks in pain and then refused to brign be back for at least another 2 weeks. Dr Lorenzetti herself had no bed side manors. Cold and short. Reviewed findings that were 2 years old and not 100% right and wrote a medication based off that. Meds made my problems worse, put me in a ton of pain with severe side effects and will not do anything to ease the pain.
