Dr. Lautenschlager has gone above and beyond for the care of my parents and children. Some days his practice maybe be busy but his staff have always made us feel comfortable.

Coming home this evening I chatted with my folks and was very disappointed in the service your business provided my father today. He is elderly and had to wait two hours for his scheduled appointment. He had difficulty with sitting for long periods of time due to his health. At no time was he advised that his optometrist was behind schedule. No apology was made for such a long wait time. Not impressed with this optometrist in the least or the office staff. I might expect this from a city but a small town, seriously? I have strongly encouraged my parents to pursue service from Winkler even though they want to support Morden businesses. Maybe instead of trying to grow your business with another location in Carman, you should make sure you are adequately providing service to your current patients. Hoping this scenario can be corrected for the future. This experience has gone against what your mission statement indicates regarding service. Thank you for your attention to my concern.

I saw Dr. Lautenschlager as a child and now take my children to his clinic. Focal Point takes great care of their clients. If you want someone to take shortcuts with your family's eye health, I'm sure there are may other clinics that will give you minimal service for a cheaper fee. Your call.

All what he cares about is going see him again and pay more $$ if you need a specialist he never refers you until you see him numerous times while he does nothing to help but kutchunk kutching, charge you more money...
