He misdiagnosed my son's kidney condition twice and he almost went into kidney failure. then gave him a prescription for an antibiotic that could have given him a seizure had the pharmacist not caught it.

Dr. Pampin is a kind, caring doctor who does not rush through the appointment, I dont mind the wait knowing that he is taking his time with everyone to see to their care. He has been my primary for 15 years or more, and a very rare find in this age of meeting the quota to rush you in and out quickly. He is the best !!!!!!!!

Dr. Pampin himself is very caring and always took the time to answer my questions. However, the wait time for an appointment is very long, usually at least half an hour past when your scheduled appointment time is. There is only one phone line in the office, so good luck getting through on a busy day. I have waited hours (not an exaggeration, actually 2.5 hours) for prescriptions to be called in. The desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. As much as I like Dr. Pampin, and was a patient there for 5 years, I will not be going back. The office is very poorly run.

3 month wait for physical. Unfortunately, appointment was canceled due to October 2011 snow storm. Called back to reschedule and was told next available appointment was in February! Staff was not sympathetic or helpful. When I complained of the delay, I was hung up on! Will never go back!!
