I think Dr Rapp is an excellent physician. The staff was very polite. My wait time was no more than 10 minutes. I found Dr Rapp and his Physicians assistant very polite and and gave me all the info I needed for my surgery. My surgery went great!! Thank you Dr Rapp.

This doctor saved my life. It is true that he may not always be able to keep precise appointment times. He is a busy guy, in great demand, and, shock of shocks, he is likely attending to other needy patients and giving them the time they need too. The important thing is that he was there when needed, is well respected by surgical staff and teams in the hospital I used and was always very protective of me as a patient. As stated previously: He saved my life; enough said.

Has lost site of concern for patient. Waited over a month for appointment, only to be cancelled one hour before appt.. Rescheduled for three weeks later. I was in agony and found a great new doctor and got immediate attention and badly needed surgery

I personally would NEVER go see this guy again. He's rude, doesn't listen to what you have to say (not to mention that he cuts you off in mid-sentence with pure sarcasm). I think this guy thinks that his patients are really dumb, like we can't research anything these days on the internet!! I would NOT recommend this guy at all. Unfortunately he was my 1st opinion, fortunately not my last. I would stay away from him.

Basically the same comlaints that other patients had...when things did not go well after surgery he pretty much pawned me off on a pain mgmt doctor. He basically said he did nothing wrong and i wasn't his problem any more.

My family and I were very pleased with the quality of care provided by Dr. Rapp and his team. Dr. Rapp was available for questions following my surgery and was reached by phone after release from the hospital. He was quick to follow up on a problem I had and even made an emergency trip in on a Saturday nite after 11:00 pm. We found him to be very professional and would not consider going elsewhere.

This guy and his sister I think it is left me hanging as well after leaving me with nerve damage from a series of epidurals yet also told me my spine was perfectly healthy and through pain meds at me. I told them imediately when they inserted and injected me that my leg was hurting very badly which it wasn't at all prior to that very moment. They said it would disipate, it never did, many years later I am no in constant pain. He also didn't read the 1rst or 2nd MRI correctly (it was degenerating and causing tremedous pain) and my 3rd and most recent shows that it is now badly ruptured, torn and arthritus is setting in. I should also mention that although they thought my spine was in great shape, they were willing to do surgery anyway! After speaking with others who have seen the Rapps and an attorney who said they has been sued over and over, I found out I wasn't a rare case. They wasted my time, my money and thanks to them, I am now much worse off. And no, I didn't sue them...yet.
