The good news is Dr. Balachandran is a terrific doctor, the bad news her office staff acts helpful but doesn't seem to follow through. Because of them I continue getting billed for a colonoscopy from months ago, which was to be covered had they correctly coded the paper work.

Office staff was helpful, effecint in setting my procedure. Doctor was excellent with the colonoscopy, spent time later to go over things. Would go back to her for repeating this in 5 years.

Exceptional female gastro, very kind, very good listener. She is caring and never rushed, spent more that 45 minutes with me.
