I have been a patient at this clinic since birth. I have always held Dr Cloete’s opinions in high esteem - until my child turned 18. What happened next was nothing short of maligning me as a parent, stupid advice (move out of the house), and a complete breach of confidentiality. Maybe he thinks he is being cool - but quitting school, moving in with a very new partner and practically starving to death to pay rent - well I don’t care if I drop dead tomorrow - I would never trust this sloppy, crude and disorganized man with anything private again. I am gutted to have my child return from the appointment and repeat confidential conversations between myself and him. Never mind his wife has to be present during physical exams to ensure he doesn’t stray…..just a shitshow. Feeling so violated - and will never go back - ever

Have been experiencing knee pain for some time.Had x-rays but never got results.Continual pain but unable to see Doctor for another 7 weeks. Unacceptable to have to wait that long. Will probably go to walk in clinic against their advice.If you have too many patients let me know so I can go elsewhere!

Dr. Nick's knowledge is off the wall. He knew is seconds what was wrong, how to treat it, and what was the safest and best medicine to take. I wish he was taking patients. He has over The 5 star rating. We should have more like him. Love his bed-side manners (inside joke)!

Dr Cloete is the best doctor I have ever seen. I have an invisible illness and spent my whole life being dismissed by every doctor I ever asked for help. Dr Cloete has never once dismissed me. He always listens and makes me feel heard. And he is the only doctor to ever even try to help me. If you just need basic health care and hate waiting, maybe go elsewhere. He's very busy and is almost never on time. If you have complicated health issues or can't find someone to listen, then he is absolutely worth the wait. There are many complaints on here about staff and not answering the phone. He has had some issues with staff hires not working out. His current staff is wonderful. With him as your doctor, you may be frustrated trying to get to see him. If you need someone who will listen and work hard for you, then he is well worth that frustration.

Extremely difficult to get someone to answer phone after spending hours calling. When you finally get an answer and request a requisition , no fax is sent. Have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now and still no requisition faxed.

Took a month to get an appt, finally calls my wife's phone # for some reason and she doesn't answer because it's an unlisted number. I call back and I get an automated answering service saying they're closed and will reopen TODAY. I checked their hours - 9 to 4 Mon through Wed. Well I've been trying to call all morning on WED between the hours of 9 - 4, so where are these people? I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE YESTERDAY.

Doctor finally called this morning July 31,2020. he said he would call a prescription in that was at 10;00 this morning my husband is still waiting. l guess he doesn't know what pain is.
