Very dissapointed with the results of my sugery .I advised the doctor of my worries he didn't do anything about them It has now been almost 1 year since the surgery . It looks like he did nothing . I don't recomend Dr kevin O grady .

For him to do the job was quick after the procedure his follow up was very poor and his analyses of what needed to be done to me was incorrect when I brought issues up of the ramifications of doing this procedure he did not take my advice into consideration and now I have suffered through 4 infectious flare ups that demobilize me completely And then I was just passed on to another surgeon

Just had BA yesterday Oct 27/2011, could not in my wildest dreams have anticipated such amazing treatment and results. ALL the staff were so patient and extremely comforting. The whole team really put my mind at ease and were very reassuring. Researched surgeons VERY thoroughly prior to surgery and was recommended to Dr. O'Grady from a nurse that has been in the operating room with him - she told me that he was a perfectionist and she was 100% correct. It also helps that he has a great, down to earth personality. I was not pressured at all to make a decision to go ahead with it, and further along when I changed my mind about size of the implants he was extremely patient about it and ordered a new size with no hesitation.I would HIGHLY recommend him and would definetly go nowhere else in the future. Thanks again to everyone at the clinic!

Got lipo done on my outer things. Was not happy with results, but he was wonderful and is touching it up. He just doesn't leave u in the dark if your not happy. Very friendly, professional etc..I am sure I will be happy with new results. I just hate to go through the pain all over again.

My elderly father was treated by Dr. O'Grady to remove a growth on his scalp. Permanent removal was attempted twice by a dermatologist using nitrous oxide unsuccessfully thus decided to find a surgeon instead. Dr. O'Grady was very nice, professional and down to earth in describing the procedure, duration and possible (unlikely) risks of complications. He described it similar to a dentist visit and he was right - in and out in 1 hour at york central. No complications, excellent written clear instructions on wound treatment. He scheduled follow-up in two weeks and at two months. The patience he had with an elderly (82 years old) man was remarkable and he was very approachable with questions. I've seen many many specialists and surgeons over the years for other medical reasons, and Dr. O'Grady is excellent. trust me. BTW, there were no charges as the procedure and consultations were covered by OHIP.

Just a heads up, he charges $170.00 just to talk to you and that only gives you 5 minutes of his time!

I had smart lipo done by Dr. O'Grady. His nurse is the best. She made me feel totally comfortable and was very compassionate during the procedure as it was quite painful. Dr. O'Grady is an excellent surgeon, however I am not totally satisfied with the results. He left quite a lot of fat on my abdomen.

I expected a lot when I read all of the other postings from patients. When I met Dr. O Grady I expected more ot be honest. He is a nice man but one with a busy schedule. He answered all of my questions in a hurried state and then I left. I waited for the compassion and empathy but found none. Not sure what all of the rave is about.

Despite what people here have said, I did not find him all that compassionate. He should know that any woman with a mastectomy has a sad story to tell... he just didn't seem that empathetic...
