Dr. Bartley is a very good doctor, it is sad that an error occurred and reulted in someone's death. It can happen to any physician, look how long he has been in practice without any priors. Come on women suck it up and quit acting like everyone needs to treat you so tenderly that is what you have your partner and family for. If you don't like him move on!! He delivered all three of my children ( I was 21 the 1st time) and they are all healthy, one has graduated already. Geez women nowadays, boo-hoo.

Doctor Bartley is rude! I first went as a teeneager and his comments were very nasty! I went back years later and he was the same! I guess lack of OB GYNS in the area and they bill you kept me as a patient. He also once told me I had a STD and I didn't!

Dr. Bartley may be a "smart" dr. but if you ask me he is very rude and does not care what you think. I have had co-workers worn me about him stating that he has performed procedures that should not have been performed. There are many more issues that this doctor has had with many more patients and they were not good. That is why I have decided to change dr.'s and save my life.

My experience with Dr. Bartley was a very positive and helpful in my general health and well being. Is his bedside manner good, probably could use some school of charm, but that's NOT what I'm there for. If I had to rate all the doctors on charm or knowledge, I be sure to choose Dr. Bartley with his intelligence and NOT so charming bedside manner, I'd rather be safe and in good care then giggling to the grave or worse receiving chemo as I remember his charm.. Women, grow up and realize that Doctors' don't need to hold your hand or speak tenderly to US as as patients, we are NOT his children we are GROWN ADULTS!

RUDE!!Dr. Bartley was extremely rude and insulting throughout the visit. My mother was scared and was asking questions about the proceeder being preformed and the Dr. stopped the proceeder and began yelling at my mother and insulting her and said, "You are making me nervous now stop”. When asked if the exam was over and if she could close her legs, he said, “Please". When asked questions about my mothers condition, Dr Bartley acted as if he was being impositioned and couldn't give clear answers. Dr. Bartley admitted himself in our visit to judgment error that lead to the death of a patient. This lead me to do further research on Dr. Bartley & I also spoke with past patients of Dr. Bartley's and realized that this was not an Isolated incidents for Dr. Bartley. Even the patients that give Dr. Bartley good reviews admit his bedside manner needs improvement. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DR. BARTLEY. You many change your mind on becoming a patient.

If I would have listened to this doctor and had not insisted on being transfered to another hospital. Both my premature son and myself would have bleed to death. For all women looking for an OGBYN, stay clear!! He has no bedside maanner at all.
