My husband was referred to Dr. Starr and we couldn't be happier with his ability and manner and the office staff.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr Starr, and had complications within a few months and formed massive scar tissue. When I went back to Dr Starr, his option for me was just to take the implants out and leave them out. I went for a second opinion, and had them fixed by a different doctor, and now love them. Dr Starr is very friendly, but unfortunately didnt have a good experience.
